GENTS LEADERSHIP COLLECTIVE

GENTS LEADERSHIP COLLECTIVE empowers Black and Latino young men (ages 14–18) by providing culturally relevant mentoring, skills training, and career readiness programs. By addressing unique challenges and nurturing potential, GENTS cultivates confident, community-minded leaders who demonstrate academic achievement, personal growth, and professional readiness. Together, these experiences empower young men to thrive not only in school and work but also as leaders in their communities.
Our objectives are to:

By combining mentoring, skills training, employer partnerships, and community engagement, these programs create a holistic pathway from classroom to career. The mentoring experience serves as the foundation, while practical training and career opportunities ensure participants graduate with the confidence, capability, and commitment to thrive.
GENTS Mentoring Program anchors this pathway—a comprehensive, hands-on model that pairs youth with community and business leaders through one-on-one and group mentoring. Rooted in cultural relevance, the program delivers a structured curriculum in Education, Manhood, and Self-Empowerment, while also reinforcing the
G.E.N.T.S. Model of Leadership:
This integrated approach develops principled, capable young men prepared for leadership, academic success, and professional achievement.
Launchpad builds on the foundation of mentoring, serving as a career readiness and community engagement initiative that equips participants with the skills, experiences, and confidence to transition successfully from the classroom to professional life. Through hands-on training, real-world opportunities, and civic involvement, Launchpad ensures young men are prepared not only to excel in their careers but also to lead with purpose in their communities.
At GENTS Leadership Collective, we don’t just prepare young men for jobs—we prepare them for life. By cultivating
character, confidence, and community, we equip every participant to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact.
